BDMA has been organising Sceintific seminars over the years during annual reunion and other times.
We have CPD sessions on 26/07/2025 which is free of charge for the members to attend.
On the day patients are allowed to walk in . They then get registered and get checked by the qualified professionals and get free eye test and free cataract operations.
Patients are given prescription glasses on the day and patients who are eligible they get provided with free transportation to hospital, food overnight accommodation, cataract operation and free transport back to registering venues.
They also get a follow up appointment in the same venues.
All of these clinics provide above free of charge to the patients.

Participated in several live online programs and live Bangla TV channels available in Sky networks in the U.K.
We have done live virtual program for patients in Bangladesh and U.K. etc.
Community in person clinics done in placed including GMBA in Manchester,
Mental health awareness in person campaign were held in Manchester along with local organisations.
Also clinics were done in other parts in the U.K. as well.
For number of years organisation has arranged many free clinics , medical camps and free eye camps in Bangladesh treating patients in need free of charge.
It’s is not part of our current focus but is planned for future implementation.
